We process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Here’s what you can typically expect:
- Once your order is placed, it takes 1–3 business days to process. Orders placed during the week are usually handled within one business day, but weekend or late Friday orders may require a bit more time.
- Some items may take longer to process, especially around major holidays (up to 7 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.
- After processing, your order is shipped based on your selected shipping method:
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days

How to Place an Order
- Visit the product page and select your item.
- Click the black “Add to Cart” button.
- Review your selections and proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and confirm everything is correct.
- Click “Continue to Shipping.” All orders ship free.
- Click “Continue to Payment.”

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled until 12:00 AM (midnight) on the same day the purchase was made. After this time, cancellations are no longer accepted, as your order will already be in processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is 100% free for standard delivery. No minimum order value is required.
Sustainability Promise
To help reduce waste and keep pricing fair, we may group orders and ship them once a minimum batch is reached. This allows us to reduce emissions and packaging waste. We appreciate your support in helping us build a more sustainable shopping experience.
