Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You'll be able to track your package and get real-time updates on your delivery status.
We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. At the moment, we don’t offer standard shipping outside of the Canada. However, in some cases, we’ve been able to arrange shipping for customers abroad. If you’re located outside Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us at support@ellaandhart.com.
